Excellent book: Diet Therapy for Infant by Ou Yang Ying

How to raise a heathy baby?? This is the answer!

I bought this book by Ou Yang Ying , Diet Theraphy for Infants. Excellent book(http://www.oyoung.com.tw/yellow/5newbooks_view.asp?id=30)

He advocates eating organic, eating raw, vegetarian.

I made the below recipe for Shaun , from Ou Yang Ying’s book.

80g black bean
5 g brown sugar
1 piece of old ginger
500cc of water
cook in electric cooker for 45 minutes. Serves warm.

Other than that, I also give
Korean bamboo salt honey with pearl

lemon and honey

North and south Chinese almonds, chuan bei mu or song bei, dried figs, dried tangerine, brew in 1 litre water for 45 minutes.
brew pear and song bei , with a little bit of rock sugar

Result is: Shaun recovers from phlegmy cough in around 1 week+, all by himself with the help of natural remedies. No cough mixture or medicine. Yeah! Keep it up dear Son.

Toddler Cough natural remedies

I got all these from the web.

  • You should not give your child (especially a baby or toddler) OTC cough medicine without first checking with your doctor. (guazi: Even babycenter also says no cough medicine to be given to kids below 4 years old! )

  • Run a hot shower bath and let the baby inhale the steam while she is in the bathroom. The congestion will go. Sit in the bathroom with your child for about 20 minutes. The steam should help your child breathe more easily.
  • A cool-mist humidifier in your child's bedroom might help with sleep.
  • Cool beverages like juice can be soothing. But do not give soda or orange juice, as these can hurt a throat that is sore from coughing.
  • A warm bath can give relief. One can add eucalyptus oil or thyme or perhaps sage oil to the bath water. The vapor form these essential oils clear up the airways of the baby, so that she can breathe easily. Also, it provides relief to a sore throat.
  • One can give herbal tea made of thyme or sage. One should check out with one’s physician at what age one can give the baby herbal tea.
  • Licorice tea contains anti- bacterial properties and is a good remedy. It fights the bacteria that cause coughing. It helps in soothing the throat and calming the respiratory tract. The baby can sleep comfortably.
  • Mix olive oil with essential oils and then apply it on the baby’s back and chest. Small babies should be covered well to build up body heat so that the essential oils vaporize well.
  • Breast milk is also good to treat a baby’s cough.
  • Honey + Lemon 1 teaspoon of honey * 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (freshly squeezed) Stir mixture in a little bit of drinking water and drink immediately. Take this 2-3 times a day.

  • Restful sleep.

  • Give plenty of fluids to keep the mucous membrane and throat moist

  • Check out home remedies by Ou Yang Ying in my later post.
  • Gargling with salt water is good. If the child is above 4 let her gargle several times with saline water.

What to do when your kid starts to cough?

I like to jot down all these important reminders I read from the web. It serves the purpose of constantly reminding me not to give medicine if it’s not necessary. Yeah, I want my boy to grow up healthily and doesn’t rely on medicine. I want his immune system to be strong so that he can recover by his own when he is down with fever, flu or cough.

Excerpt from Kidshealth.org
(http://kidshealth.org/parent/general/eyes/childs_cough.html#)

Because most coughs are caused by viruses, doctors usually do not give antibiotics for a cough. If the cough is caused by a virus, it just needs to run its course. A viral infection can last for as long as 2 weeks. Unless a cough won't let your child sleep, cough medicines are not needed.

When to Call the Doctor
Most childhood coughs are nothing to be worried about. However, call your doctor if your child:
· has trouble breathing or is working hard to breathe
· is breathing more quickly than usual
· has a blue or dusky color to the lips, face, or tongue
· has a high fever (especially if your child is coughing but does NOT have a runny or stuffy nose)
· has any fever and is less than 3 months old
· is an infant (3 months old or younger) who has been coughing for more than a few hours
· makes a "whooping" sound when breathing in after coughing
· is coughing up blood
· has stridor (a noisy or musical sound) when breathing in
· has wheezing when breathing out (unless you already have a home asthma care plan from your doctor)
· is weak or cranky

World Health Foods http://whfoods.org/ is my Favourite #1 website. The below are all excerpts from WHF website.

Would like to share with you this page that teaches you “How to Help Avoid the Swine Flu and Seasonal Flu by Strengthening Your Immune System with the World's Healthiest Foods”

http://whfoods.org/genpage.php?tname=george&dbid=253&utm_source=daily_click&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=daily_email

Important notes from George Mateljan Foundation:

1. Your body uses a variety of responses to maintain its defense against harmful pathogenic organisms in the environment; therefore, it may not be surprising that nearly all of the vitamins are necessary to maintain and promote some aspect of your immune function. Minerals, omega-3 fatty acids, and protein are also all keys to a healthy immune system.

2. This means eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, beans, nuts and seeds, and extra virgin olive oil. Including more fruits and vegetables into your daily menu is a must for a healthy immune system, so this is a particularly important time of year to try and eat the recommended 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.

3. The more colorful your meal, the greater likelihood you will receive a rich diversity of phytonutrients. These phytonutrients give carrots and winter squash their rich orange-red color; make beets, berries and red and purple grapes a brilliant red; and provide green leafy vegetables such as spinach with their deep green hue.

4. Traditional ways of cooking vegetables can destroy from 50-80% of nutrients. Don't overcook. Steaming and healhy sauté preserves most nutrients.

5. What Not to Eat May Be Just as Important as What You Do Eat
Avoid:
1. Refined grain products, white bread, cookies, pastries, and processed foods that deplete the body of vitamins and minerals necessary for promoting immunity

2. Refined sugar which reduces the responsiveness of your immune cells and lowers your immune defenses

3. Cooking with oils exposed to high heat (such as frying), which can produce immune-damaging substances
4. Excessive consumption of calories and saturated fats from dairy and commercial beef, which can weaken the strength of your immune system

Ok since my whole family, including Shaun , are vegetarians, I had taken out non-veg items from WHFoods’s list.

Spinach, Swiss chard, carrots, yellow squash, broccoli, kale, apricots, cantaloupe
Vitamin A, E and K Enhances the function of white blood cells; increases the response of antibodies to antigens; has anti-viral activity
Lemons, limes, citrus fruits, Swiss chard, spinach, cabbage, romaine lettuce, red bell peppers, broccoli, cantaloupe
Vitamin C and other antioxidants Powerful antioxidant; reduces time and length of respiratory viral infections

Cauliflower, broccoli, collard greens, romaine lettuce, legumes/beans, asparagus, spinach, Swiss chard
B-vitamins (folate, B1, B2, B5, B6, B12) Promotes the production and release of antibodies; ensures healthy immune cell function; deficiency impairs white blood cell functioning

Spinach, Swiss chard, broccoli
zinc, copper, manganese, iron Potent immunostimulant; deficiency can result in profound suppression of immune function

Onions, garlic
Sulfur-containing and flavonoid phytonutrients Antibiotic and anti-inflammatory properties; kills germs

Shiitake mushrooms
Lentian. Enhances immune system function including strengthening its ability to fight infection

Olive oil
Monounsaturated fats. Promotes healthy gastrointestinal membrane essential for a healthy immune system

walnuts, flaxseeds
Omega-3 fatty acids. Precursors to compounds that regulate immune system

Eggs ( Angie: Look for free range eggs!!)
Vitamin D. Regulate immune system activity by preventing excessive or prolonged inflammatory response

Brazil nuts
Selenium. Supports healing from inflammation and may be an immunostimulant

legumes/beans
Protein. Source of immune-stimulating amino acids;deficiency can result in depletion of immune cells and the ability of the body to produce antibodies

Food that help boost immune system

I just wanna blog on foods that can boost immune system for vegetarian toddler:-

These nutrients can be obtained from an organic whole-foods diet consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans, and whole grains.

Let our toddler eat about 10 tablespoon of fruits and veg per day.

1. orange veg – sweet potatoes, carrots, squash, pumpkin. Vit A is important for our skin, first line of defense for our immune system.
2. mushroom , like shitake– help in production of white blood cells to act against foreign bacteria
3. Lemon – ideal food for restoring acid-alkali balance.
4. broccoli, spinach, green leafs veg like kailan, green beans
5. Yoghurt – important food, especially after taking antibiotics.Antibiotics destroy most of the bacteria in our body. It destroys beneficial bacteria as well. So got to take yoghurt or prebiotics rich food like asparagus, bananas, yoghurt, to restore them back , for our stomach.
6. Eliminating sugar intake! Can take raw sugar, or molasses in cooking or baking. Excessive sugar ( refined white sugar) suppresses immune system.
7. seaweed, algae
8. blueberries ,orange, strawberry, kiwi, apple, papaya, banana,
9. flaxseed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, sesame seed, almond, walnuts, cashew – I add grinded flaxseed, wheatgerm, lecithin, ground almond, into his plain yoghurt
10. protein rich food like soy, tofu, miso, tempeh, eggs, lentils
11. healthy fats- olive oil, nuts and seeds, avocados
12. alkaline based grains – millet, quinoe.
13. fruit and veggie juices- include carrot, beetroot, apple
14. drink lots of water! Ok I’m not sure whether the stuff I added into his plain water helps boost his immune, other than purely plain water with sea mineral, sometimes I add aloe vera , prune extract into his water and let him drink in cup. He likes it, so I just continue to do it la.
15. wholegrain, wholemeal
16 zinc rich food – beans, yoghurt, eggs, milk

Finally! mama!

I’m glad that finally Shaun learns to call “mama” !! This happened last few days, when he was 22 months old. Kinda late but I’m still ecstatic! He used the sweetest voice and pronunciation to call mama and papa leh. But a bit rough when calling gua gong. Now still teaching him how to call ah yi, ah gu and gua ma.

21 months plus

Shaun’s grandmum, my beloved mummy, is a good trainer. During the 1 month stay in KL, these are his “achievements”:

1. pees in toilet, and wash off his pee using water after he pees on the floor. Still training on poo though. Yesterday night his cloth nappy was dry and he told me that he wanted to pee by patting his birdie.
2. understands every single thing that we tell him, and accepts what we tell him when we reason with him.
3. Helps us do house chore like putting the folded clothes into his and our wardrobe.
4. Keep all his toys into boxes after we told him too ( I think he doent know how to keep his toys automatically yet. )
5. Learns how to wash his hand before eating , but we must tell him to do so, he doesn’t do it automatically yet.
6. Cultivated good temper, doesn’t give mummy hard time liao.
7. Weaned off Sarong!!
8. Can eat himself without mess.

If Shaun continues to be a good boy, I think I will get ready to TTC liao.

Ok, so much so on the “achievements”.

Now, wanna jot down what he Cannot Do, as compared to his peers

1. Not talking yet. Good in calling papa and gong gong only. The rest are his baby language
2. Not good in his motor skills? Because he is not good in fixing puzzle yet.

Online shopping

Ever since I joined the SMH forum, I learned to shop online. I had thus far purchased baby clothes, stroller accessories, toothpaste, thermo flask, food jar, syampoo wash, organic baby food, diapers and etc .. from online overseas spree and bulk purchases. I think I saved quite a lot of $$ through shopping online!

Yesterday I just placed order for my favourite organic buns from Donsbread. http://donsbread.wordpress.com/ The breads are made from organic flour and extra virgin olive oil, organic raw sugar and without bread improver and dough conditioner. However the fillings are not organic – it will be too costly. They have so many flavours and my favourites are yam, cranberry, fig, apple with walnut, banana walnut and cinnamon apple. Shaun likes them too! And they are really filling. Good thing is that they do delivery to my doorstep!

Other than Donsbread, I like bread from Yes Natural too.

I’m now busy organizing spree too – buying kids book online. I introduced Shaun the rainbow little readers which he likes! Daddy reads to him every night before bed.

Natural Remedies for Fever/Cough/Flu

miki prune extract

burdock

korean bamboo salt
Friends were telling me to blog down about the natural remedies that I apply on my self and my family. I wish to share with all of you what I consume during virus fighting time:

Sore throat/flu/runny nose/cough
1. Drink lots of fluids, preferably water or fresh organic juices. Or Pure Aussie Mineral.
2. Drink bamboo salt pearl honey or Korean bamboo salt. For kids, little bit will do.
3. Gargle throat with apple cider. For adults only.
4. Take Miki prune extract. Suitable for kids too.
5. For cough, brew soup with South and North almonds, dry figs, dried mandarine tangerines and Chuan 1 Bei4 Mu3/ Song1 Bei4 ( more effective if the coughs have phlegms) Suitable for kids too. 6. If your kid doesn’t wanna drink the soup above, mix it into his milk.
7.If your kid is coughing with lots of phlegm, stop giving Formula milk, give him Organic oatmilk. Shaun is taking oatmilk since 1 yo. So far so good!
8.If your kid keeps coughing at night, can try dripping essential oil in a bowl of water and put it in one of the corner of the room. Can try Albas Oil. Essential oil which is made from Eucaplytus is good.
9.If you are coughing ( adult), try licorice tea. Very effective. The licorice tea I bought before is not suitable for kids, so I never give Shaun this.

Fever
Fever is not an illness, it’s a symptom. The brain calls for the body to increase heat to kill virus. And the body acts like thermostat too, where it seldom exceeds 42 degree. It’s good to let the kid have fever to activate the army in his body to fight against the external attacks. This will build up his army , thus his antibody or immune system. Let your child build up his own immune system by not relying on western medicine. If it’s necessary to take medicine, try to detox after that.

1.Keep sponging with lukewarm water.
2.Make big china barley and green bean soup. Mix into his drink or milk.
3.Give Korean Bamboo salt. For kids, give little bit will do.
4.Give Korean Bamboo salt pearl honey. Bamboo salt can reduce heatiness and has anti-inflammatory effects.
5.Give honey and lemon
6.Give organic fruit juices/water/soup
7.Make veggie soup with Burdock . Burdock has cooling effect and it’s used to fight fever since ancient time in Japan.
8.Give Miki Prune Extract
9.There is NO NEED to give paracetemol if the fever is below 39 degree and the kid is still active and eating. It’s also ok if he doesn’t eat, can give plain porridge or bread, maybe not 5 grains rice as it’s heaty.
10.It’s normal for kid to be a bit lethargic, not necessary to give medicine unless he looks ill , then bring to see doc or give medicine if fever reaches 39. He is alright if he is still active as usual.
11.Wear loose clothes, preferably 100% cotton with holes kind.
12. To detox if you have taken western medicine or taken vaccination, take kumpu, wheat grass, barley green, algae.

Green light given to prohibited food

At 20months old, I had allowed Shaun to “enjoy” food like cakes, a little bit of kuih, ice cream and limited food laden with MSG? Hehe.

Yea I’m strict, but at least he can enjoy chocolate cakes from my sis’s wedding, and kueh lapis from Bengawan Solo. Me and mum very reluctantly to let him have the kueh but my sis somehow fed him the whole piece while my mum was busy making cereal for him. Ended up cereal being rejected.

Random thoughts

Read my friend’s blog(Kam) that her newborn daughter Xiyu is an easy bb and also a sleeping beauty. How I wish my future bb is like that too, an easy bb, hehe. Shaun resembles me , a light sleeper, which is bad. I hope if I have second one, he/she will resemble daddy, who can sleep like a log even if I shout “FIRE!!”

Learned that many of the Jan/Feb mummies are preggie with #2 and had even delivered. Feel so tempted and envy , but I’m not ready yet until I can handle my little monster. So if he is guai meaning he is ready and so am I! Hehe.

Shaun will be back to KL in Oct

Nanny asked me whether my mum can help take care of Shaun in Oct since her daughter is sitting for O Level exams. That means my boy is very noisy and keeps disturbing jie jie la!! LOL. This news came just right since I’m going back in October for Ying’s wedding, and I desperately need a breakkkkk. And Shaun’s daddy can “fang4 xin1” do his OT even during weekends without having to listen to my nag liao , hehe. Delighted that mum is coming back to Sg with Shaun in early November too.

Shaun was a notti boy , he tried to snatch the ball from HR.

Jess & Javier in the middle, Kam and Hao Re on the right

photos taken from my friend's facebook - kam.

we went to the botanical garden for picnic and chinese orchestra a few weeks back. Met up with the mummies-kam, tubao and jess, as well as the babies! haore, emma and javier.

Updates

Favourite pastime = messing around with things at home.

Favourite toy = Vacuum cleaner

Because the vacuum cleaner itself is dirty n heavy, it posed possible hazards to Shaun, so we decided to get a new handy one for him.

We went to Suntec Carrefour on one Sunday and got 1 at S$39.90, cheap cheap! After that we were too hungry at 11+ liao, so headed off to Loving Hut for lunch. I quickly fed Shaun with the sushi rice+ millet+quinoe before our dishes were served. There were not many veg dishes to choose from, so ended up I only fed Shaun with carrots/lettuce/ some pine nuts and radish. We enjoyed the dish and Chris later brought Shaun to Toyrus while I went groceries shopping at Carrefour. We dint manage to leave by 2pm from Esplanade ( cuz the parking is free till 2pm!! Hehe).

Dancing

He never like watching tv. Only certain music or scenes will attract him acrobatic performance, dancing pop MTVs ( where he will dance along), or lately some babytv programmes. He couldn’t watch for long though, he prefers playing with the tv, the remote controls or whatever dangerous at home ( *faint* )

No more porridge, Rice now

Recently I realized that he hated porridge and always asked for milk. Mum told me that he was hungry and porridge no longer satisfy him . So we give him rice now! He could eat lots of rice, nanny said 1 full bowl of rice. When we reach home for dinner we still feed him some rice so that he is full and wont get up for milk. He had been waking up during the wee hours asking for milk when he was still taking porridge. His rice is still the same grains – brown rice, millet, quinoe, lentils, red rice and buckwheat.

Hated Food

Maybe I had been feeding him too much pumpkin and he hated pumpkin so much now, that he will spit it out everytime I feed him. I thought pumpkin is sweet! Anyway, that’s fine he doesn’t want, probably I would bake pumpkin cookies since he likes biscuits. He has been eating ginger bread man and tomato basil biscuits. Think he is ok with the spices hehe.

Recently I have been giving him seaweed or kombu sprout too. He likes the dried seaweed! I dare not let him have the one which is saltish. The daddy loves them best . I just give plain nori sheet and he likes it as a snack.. He is ok with kumpu which I add into his rice too.

Nice Adult Food
He likes it because they are saltish and flavourish. (Of course lah!!) He could finish the scrambled tofu with turmeric by his own and he could sit in the high chair for more than half an hour ( unbelievable). This morning he took my bread ( got chocolate and mint filling ) , he tasted some ( accidentally), and he shook his leg and showed us very happy n contented look ,haha! Ok, just a little bit for his pleasure. No more chocolate.

I realized he prefers toast than soft bread. To make him eat, I will give him organic butter spread, organic blueberry jam, organic tahini. At least not so sinful for their age now.

Snack
Fruits, yoghurt, cornflakes, ginger bread man, tomato basil biscuit ( his favourite), dried fruit, cheese, oats and fruit bar. Anymore which I have missed out?

Visit to the Botanical Garden 2 Aug 09
This is my first visit to the national park as well as Shaun, and we enjoyed the Chinese orchestra performance in an outdoor park, nice!! We met up with 3 babies and my online mummy friends- Kam, Jess and Tubao. All toddlers were cute and guai 1, but our Shaun is anti-social and naughty!! (because he missed his nap and became cranky and grouchy) He cried so many times when he din see me. What a hampao boy, :P He ran around by himself ( neglecting the friends) , and when he came to his friends he wanted to snatch their balls. On top of that, one is not enough, he wanted both balls in his hand! What a selfish boy who doesn’t know how to share. I will try very very hard to educate him hehe.
The outing to the garden could have been better and more enjoyable . I will just need to make sure that he has his nap next time! Hope to meet up with the mummies and babies again!

Roseola

Wednesday 8 July

It never occurs to me that Shaun will have Roseola until my mum pointed out to me.
Okay, it first started off on Wednesday 8/7 when the nanny called me around 3+pm saying that Shaun was running high fever at 38.9. This was the first time that Shaun was having high fever since born. I took urgent leave home and saw him with very red lips and cheeks. Looks good with rosy cheeks (:P) but oops, he was really burning hot. I decided to give him paracetamol that night. ( which I got it when shaun had mild fever last month – but I din give cuz I sponged him and he managed to fight off the virus- yeah!) After the medicine, his fever was still at 38.5. So I think his body’s soldiers are working hard still and din give in to external assistance( the para). So I decided to just let him sleep and sponge him throughout the night. That means I din get to sleep for the rest of the night. SMS boss in the morning taking urgent leave for 1 day.

Thursday 9 July
Fever was still there above 37.5. It was considered low grade fever liao, phew, at least my sponging effort pays off. I continued to sponge him with lukewarm water, whenever I have the chance too ( He just hated it especially the fever cooling pad) Other than that, he doesn’t look ill, a bit cranky off and on, or maybe just throwing tantrum? Still as active. So I just let him be, praying that his soldiers will win the battle! He slept for total 4 hour plus – which is good. His usual schedule is only 3 hours max.. appetite wise is still good, which is good. I continued to give him barley with green bean soup. And lots of fruits. His poo and fart were super smelly which indicates that he was really heaty inside!! Too much pepper corn soup and cornflakes and biscuits liao the few days earlier!!

Friday 10 July
Morning when I measured, below 37.5 but still a little warm. I just asked the nanny to sponge him and let him cool down by avoiding heaty stuff. Evening when I brought him back his fever was gone, but I spotted some rashes on his neck. I called mum and she said might be roseola!

Saturday /Sunday 11 & 12 July
Tada, rashes outbreak, but wasn’t a lot though. It appeared on his neck, face(little bit), covered whole body and back, But it doesn’t look scary though. Seemed pretty mild just like rashes. Asked hubby to research on the net – we concluded that it could be roseola, so no need to bring him to doc.

Monday 13 July
Seemed rashes were gone. Will see whether there were outbreak again tonight. Anywya, I was glad that his little body claimed the victory this time. Mummy promised not to simply give in to medicines but of course will monitor and must not be panic la when you had high fever.

Good job Shaun boy!! Let’s hope this round your little soldiers will be stronger, fitter and could help face more virus attack next time hor!

Homemade bread

1 pic- before going into the oven
2nd pic - after resting for >1 hour +
3rd pic - freshly baked, out from the oven

I took leave at home today and baked bread with mum together. Mum told me it was easier to make bread using low-gluten flour as we do not need to knead with so much strength. Of course the texture would be different. Anyway we made this for Shaun, so the ingredients are as follow:-

Organic unbleached flour, dry active yeast, butter, organic molasses sugar, korean bamboo salt, filtered water, organic soybean powder, organic Formula milk, fresh wholemilk, wheatgerm, organic cheese, flaxseed, almond, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, organic raisins and cranberries.

Just photos

So engrossed with the handphone. bad bad bad! luckily turned the phone off or else so much radiation!

In lucky baby car seat

Just woke up, blurish look

Trying to catch up

To the Splashpark! We went to Sembawang splashpark on a sunny day. Shaun was timid when he saw water splashing yet very curious. He just got to warm up before he gets himself engaged.

Last bottle of Expressed Breastmilk
It was quite emotional for me to decide to stop expressing for Shaun. Nevertheless, I don’t want to push myself too hard as I could no longer find time to continue doing that when Shaun is back home. So Shaun was officially off bm in his 15/16th months.

Botak
I bought a Phillips shaver and shaved Shaun bald! Hehe. Not really bald la, but shaved till rambutan head kind. Chris wasn’t experienced the first round, so looks a bit ugly as the shaves were uneven. Nevertheless, he promised Shaun to be a better barber next round haha.

Food
At the age of 16/17mths, Shaun started to be picky with his food liao! He will spit out the food which he doesn’t like. Well, I must let him play or engaged with something so that he couldn finish his porridge. But he is more guai when he is being fed by others though. He always bully mummy lor LOL

Blueberries
It’s the blueberries season, so I bought so many punnuets of blueberries and it became his favourite fruit everyday. He could sit down quietly enjoying his blueberries while letting me have the time to hang the laundry! Hehe. The most expensive organic blueberries I got were from GIANT ( shucks, it’s 7.50). the same only sold for 4.50 at Fairprice.

Garbage Enzymes
I know it’s never too late to be more environmental friendly! I have made 3 bottles of garbage enzymes, and will be making more since I have so much fruit peels/veggies leftover. I will have to make good use of them as they are very strong cleaning detergents! To help advocate environment friendliness, I packed into the recycle bag whatever papers/plastics everyday, bring tingkat to tabao everyday, on aircond only when necessary, at 27 degree, try to avoid using plastic utensils, try to use reusable bag, but not frequent as I need the plastic bag for the rubbish bin ( oops..keke)
